The NFL Draft is upon us! The boys analyze all the Buckeyes in the draft and predict which round they will go. After the boys discuss their biggest reach, steal, and player most likely to win a Super Bowl from the draft. Finally we wrap up with some NBA Draft news regarding Ohio State basketball.

Spring Game Reaction

Ohio State football was back in our lives for a split second last Saturday. Dan and Cass react to the big offensive and defensive performances at the Spring Game. Dan thinks the tight end group could be special and that the buckeyes could lean on the unit if needed. Cass discusses the physicality of this team and why he was impressed with Jack Sawyer. Finally we discuss why we were stoked to see Kye Stokes play!

Spring Game Preview and Honoring Simba

We open the show honoring Dwayne Haskins after his tragic passing. We reflect on his life and his best moments as a Buckeye. After that we preview the Spring Game. Dan and Cass talk about what to look for when watching the offense take on the revamped defense. Finally we close with some Ohio State basketball news that had Dan annoyed.

Mental Health Series Part 2

On this episode we continue with our two part mental health series for athletes. Blake joins us again this episode to give his point of view on mental health and how it relates to Ohio State athletics. Cass breaks down a case study of mental health during games. Meanwhile, Dan discusses the DJ Carton case study from a few years ago. Finally, we all share our experiences with mental health and why it is so crucial for athletes in the modern age.

Mental Health Series Part 1

After Harry Miller's story we decided to do a two part series on mental health for athletes. Cass invites his cousin Grace, a current athlete, on the podcast to discuss her experiences regarding mental health as an athlete. We also have Silver Bulletin writer Blake on and he provides insight on the topic. We try our best to relate this serious topic to Ohio State.

Post Madness

The Buckeyes surprised no one in the NCAA Tournament. In classic fashion they won a game before losing in the round of 32. Dan and Cass recap the two tournament games. Then Cass explains why the women's basketball team is the real team to get excited about. After we analyzer Ohio State's Pro Day and why Master Teague will be a steal for some lucky NFL franchise.

Brackets, brackets and more brackets! On this episode we breakdown all the madness from Thursday and preview the games Friday. Dan explains why he thinks Ohio State is primed for a run. The boys then preview the matchup against Sister Jean and give their thoughts on the game.

Big Ten Tournament Preview

Ohio State is set to face the winner of the Minnesota/Penn State game! Cass and Dan preview the Big Ten tournament and selection Sunday for the Buckeyes. After we discuss some big updates from the first few days of spring football. We also give our weekly spring sports updates for baseball, lacrosse, and softball. Finally we end with Desmond Howard's dumb tweet from the weekend.

Emotional Damage

After two brutal losses Ohio State basketball has crashed down back to Earth. The boys play good cop/bad cop and discuss if Chris Holtmann is on the hot seat. Dan is not happy with the current state of the basketball program, but Cass is more realistic and level headed. After we give our usual spring sports updates on baseball, lacrosse, and women's softball. Finally we prepare you for the NFL Combine and what to expect from the Ohio State guys.
